With a new product launching at their annual User Conference, EOS Worldwide turned to Augeo Experience to make the debut feel at home in a conference their community trusted.

The challenge

Design one event around two distinct goals without one undermining the other.

A product launch at a community conference can have polarizing agendas. Promotional energy can hollow out a community event. A community-first agenda can just as easily bury a launch.

If the environment is fully EOS, nothing inside feels out of place.

A product launch introduced into a trusted community event only works if the environment earns it first.

That required building an environment where EOS was everywhere first, so a product launch could enter it without disrupting anything attendees had come to expect.
