Summary

Toyota Boston's highest performers deserved more than a trip, so Augeo Experience delivered five days of curated luxury and adventure at one of the Caribbean's most unspoiled destinations.

The challenge

Deliver an incentive that values top performers on a trip they could never replicate on their own.

Getting 40 guests to the remote Rosewood Little Dix Bay meant navigating two flights and a private boat transfer, demanding flawless logistics without sacrificing a moment of luxury.

Our Strategy

Turn logicistal complexity into a feature, not an obstacle.

The journey to Virgin Gorda was demanding by design — two flights and a private boat transfer set the tone that this was no ordinary reward.

Once there, every touchpoint was curated to reinforce that sense of exclusivity, ensuring the experience felt as intentional as it was luxurious.

Experiences that change rewards
